Willie will be a featured performer at this year's Porretta Soul Festival! Now in it's 28th year, this annual event dedicated to the memory of Otis Redding features several legendary soul singers and R & B performers. The Porretta Soul Festival is now part of the geography of soul music and is considered the European showcase of the Memphis Sound.
Willie will perform twice during the event - July 24th with the Frank Bey & Anthony Paule Band and on July 26th as part of "The Sensational Rhythm & Blues Night" which includes not only Willie, but Sugar Pie DeSanto, Joe Arnold, Chick Rodgers, Prince Phillip Mitchell, Sax Gordon and many more!
